Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance. 

Electricity will be set up directly with Lenoir City Utilities Board with a copy of your lease agreement.

No, it is free to tour our community. 

We certainly accept walk-ins. Due to staffing on Saturdays, appointments are preferred but not required.

Yes, your friend will receive a referral check once you have moved-in. Please be sure to mention their name during your tour or application process.

We are here from 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F and from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Typically around 72-hours dependent upon access to required information i.e. income documentation and rental history information

Upfront fees include your $50 application fee per applicant, $200 administrative fee and $300 security deposit.

No, all of our apartment homes are unfurnished. 

Yes, 6-8 month lease will be $50 additional per month.

No, we do not offer corporate leases. 

No, it will either be in a parcel locker, our Luxer system or delivered to your door.

The fitness center is open 24/7.

Quiet hours for our community are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

No, there is no public transportation within close proximity of the buildings.

We are in the Hardin Valley School District.

Maintenance

We will have your future home painted, cleaned, and the carpets will be steam cleaned in preparation for your move-in.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

You can submit a work order online through your resident portal or contact the office for assistance.
